4 Houses - The private island of Shuna is situated on the West Coast of Scotland, 20 miles south of Oban. Shuna is one of a string of islands that starts from the Isle of Seil and continues in a south westerly direction towards Islay.

Accessible only by boat, this peaceful isle has no cars on it making it an ideal location for those seeking to escape from the noise and stress of modern day life. With only four holiday farm houses and a couple of residents you feel as if you have the whole island to yourself.

There is neither electricity nor mains water supply and no telephones. However, the farm houses are not without conveniences. All houses have Calor gas lighting, water heaters, cookers and refrigerators.

There are lovely walks, stunning views and a variety of birds and wildflowers to see as well as otters, seals, red and roe deer. The sea is safe when the weather is good, allowing for numerous water sports such as dingy sailing, swimming, fishing and canoeing.
